For the 2025 edition of the Italian Global Series Festival, promoted by APA and MIC, we implemented our designed Dynamic brand, which effectively represents contemporary series in an accessible, pop, international style. We created a multimedia communication campaign encompassing photography and video and designed the festival venue setups. It is a MAD Genius Group project curated by Cappelli Identity Design and co-produced with Moonel Studio.
Scheduled to take place in Rimini and Riccione from June 21 to 28, 2025, the festival is Italy’s premier event dedicated entirely to TV series. It features previews, panel discussions, and a competition divided into four categories: Drama, Comedy, Limited Series, and TV Movies. The campaign concept, “The new season of TV series starts here” (La nuova stagione delle serie inizia qui), will span static and dynamic billboards, national and international press content, and social media communications.
The campaign is rooted in the iconic locations of the Romagna Riviera: Riccione and Rimini, the birthplace of Federico Fellini. It is a festival with a vintage, glamorous vibe where you can relax by the sea and enjoy an exciting series that transports you away from your surroundings and keeps you glued to the screen, as if you were sitting in an armchair at home or in a movie theater. We translated this same imagery into a site-specific installation and applied it to signage for all the festival locations. The visual identity reflects the series’ rhythm and ability to capture the present: fluid, recognizable, and in motion.
