For Pascarella Carni Kosher, a Rome-based company specialized in the production and distribution of certified kosher meat, we designed a new Dynamic brand to mark its 25th anniversary. A brand design project conceived to support the company’s evolution while preserving its strong connection with tradition, quality, and Jewish culture.

The project redefined a more contemporary and flexible identity system, starting from the logotype, and made it possible to distinguish the raw meat department from the new bistrot offering dedicated to cooked products. The historic palette, based on shades of red and blue, was updated and expanded with bronze and black, introducing a warmer, more sophisticated gastronomic dimension.

The typographic system now combines Moderat, essential and highly legible, with Haltrix, characterized by a more gestural and calligraphic style, creating a balance between rigor and authenticity. Packaging, menus, website, and communication materials thus become part of a coherent and dynamic visual ecosystem, designed to adapt to the brand’s different touchpoints and support the company’s growth over time.

An identity that evolves
with taste.
