The talk is part of the Reading Room project, a series of conversations dedicated to design culture, featuring designers, architects, entrepreneurs and academics. The project focuses on what it means to practise design today and is organised by [e]DesignFestival Treviso..
Now in its sixth year, the festival comprises exhibitions, talks and workshops that promote design-led innovation as a means of improving social, cultural, economic and environmental quality of life.
The event also serves as an occasion to commemorate the architect Luciano Setten, the founder and artistic director of [e]DesignFestival, who passed away in 2025. Born in Venaria Reale, he had close ties to Turin, where he spent his childhood and adolescence.
