With an advanced global backbone and an extensive presence in 32 countriesSparkle, part of the TIM Group is one of the world’s leading Internet traffic operators.

A reality enriched by its variety and cultural diversity, which we are delighted to accompany from 2019. Designing Sparkle’s digital communication was the first challenge we took on. Since then, our collaboration has been enriched and extended with the development of numerous projects, particularly in the fields of digital design, social media marketing, events and exhibition design.

Sparkle’s digital communication closer to people

Together with Sparkle, we developed a simple and direct strategy using the Dynamic brand methodology to effectively communicate the uniqueness of a complex industry, working across both online and offline touchpoints. Digital marketing activities, editorial strategy and content creation have focused on community consolidation and engagement growth.

On the social channels, a content strategy has been chosen that highlights both the company’s milestones and Sparkle’s people, with the design and development of dedicated formats and, over the years, special initiatives such as the Never Give Up, YEP Community and Sparkle Awards internal communications engagement campaigns, or the Rock your Profile employer branding campaigns to engage and build loyalty within the company. We also recently launched Sparkle for Enterprises on LinkedIn, a page dedicated to Sparkle’s portfolio of services.

The social media marketing activities have not only achieved the digital objectives set, but have also helped Sparkle win several awards for the best digital communications in the international telecommunications wholesale industry.

Seabone 25 and BlueMed campaigns

Fruitful years in which we helped to communicate important milestones for the company, such as the 25th anniversary of Seabone, the Tier 1 global IP transit backbone providing high-speed Internet access to ISPs and content providers worldwide, and the launch of the BlueMed submarine data cable, an infrastructure and innovation project to create a new digital highway in the Mediterranean.

For Seabone 25, we designed and implemented all the media for the international communication campaign: defining the identity and visual language so that the company’s values could be immediately perceived and recognised, and developing the applications for the various touch points. The campaign was accompanied by a digital marketing project that generated excellent business opportunities.

Sparkle Blue Med

Also for BlueMed we created, following the Dynamic brand methodology, an identity that embodied connection and progress. We designed a visual language that would ensure consistency across all touchpoints for the key events in Genoa, Palermo and Athens: from traditional and digital setups and applications, to social and digital content strategy and storytelling. At all stages, we kept the project at the forefront of social communication and built an active and engaged community.
