The Dynamic brand’s project for MUŻA – National Museum of Art of Malta has a generative nature. As soon as we found out that churches in Malta had two clocks marking different times to fool the devil, a new concept came to mind: that is, splitting 24 hours by 3 – the divine number – and creating cycles of 8 hours, which is the number of infinity in Western culture.

This visual system interacts with visitors and changes according to two main variables: time and space. As for the former, the different times of the day define shadows and colors, whereas the latter, represented by the number of visitors to the museum recorded by the NFC system, determines the intensity of the light on each letter of the logo.

A recognizable, consistent, evolving system that is linked to marketing strategy, route tracking and service optimization, as well as to a customized merchandising that is to suit everyone’s museum experience.
